Anchorage Systems have become increasingly complex to adequately service today's distinctive architectural designs. Our Technical Audit Inspections include a comprehensive overview and appraisal of the installed Safety System(s). Our analysis includes:
Ensuring all system components are installed at locations as identified on the Engineer approved design drawings
Review of System Logbook to ensure all relevant documentation as required by the Ministry of Labour is accurate and complete
Visual inspection of ALL permanently-installed system components, where readily accessible
Inspection of all portable components to ensure all accounted for and in good working condition
Identify any restricted areas or safety issues that have not been adequately addressed
Our Technical Audit Inspection Report provides a complete breakdown of any deficiencies identified complete with photographs.
Annual Inspections
We provide annual inspections of existing Safety Roof Anchorage Systems, which include the following:
Review of System Logbook for Engineer approvals and previous Reports
Ensuring existing Engineer approved drawings reflect "as-built" conditions
Visual inspection of each anchor point to ensure installation compliance
Per
Ministry of Labour requirements, we provide a Record of Annual Inspection Report
for your System Logbook, detailing the findings of our inspection. Where
maintenance work is required, we provide a detailed list of Recommendations for
the necessary repairs.
Existing Systems Overview
