Rooftop Safety Assessments
Ascent Consulting conducts a comprehensive risk assessment of your roof and/or facility to identify hazardous or non-compliant conditions.
Our assessment includes a complete inspection of all safety access ladders, guardrails, catwalks, fall arrest systems to ensure compliance with code. Any hazardous conditions where fall arrest must be addressed will be clearly identified. Optional scaled roof plans are provided with this service.

Load Testing
Testing of Adhesive Anchor installations (mandatory requirement every five years) or load testing of existing equipment is performed to verify equipment and/or structure integrity. All testing is performed under the direct supervision of our independent Professional Engineer. An Engineer's Load Test Report is issued detailing results of the load test.

RIGGING PLANS: As window cleaning/ maintenance costs increase, budgets must be adjusted accordingly. To help Property Managers/ Owners keep costs in check, our detailed Rigging Drawing(s) provide contractors with reliable information for pricing purposes and development of an efficient work plan.
STAMPED DRAWINGS: We provide fully scaled roof drawings for existing Systems. Our roof plans include full measurements between anchor points, equipment details and related notes, reviewed and stamped by our independent Professional Engineer.
System Logbooks
In accordance with code requirements, a Logbook shall be properly maintained and kept on site at all times. Our Logbook contains all relevant information for your Safety Roof Anchorage System, including user safety instructions and guidelines. Our System Logbooks provides you with all relevant information as required by MOL and CSA Standards.
Operational Procedure Manuals
Some Safety Roof Anchorage Systems are complex and require detailed rigging information and instructions that would be of benefit to both the window cleaning contractor and property managers. We offer Custom detailed Manuals complete with recommended rigging scenarios for your existing System.
